Micro Paloma
A paloma that lets you drive home. Salt on the rim is not optional.

Steps
- Run the lime wedge around the outside of the rim, then roll the outside only through the salt. Salting the inside dumps it all into the drink.
- Fill with ice, add the lime and grapefruit juice.
- Top with the can, poured slowly.
- Do not stir. Let the first sip be bright and the last be sweeter.
Why it works
A classic paloma leans on tequila for the earthy backbone. At two milligrams you get a faint version of that same herbal weight, which is why this works as a swap rather than tasting like something is missing. The salt is doing what it does in any paloma: suppressing bitterness so the grapefruit reads as fruit rather than pith.
